國外的砂石分離機沒有所謂的篩分設備，也就是說更多的是依靠水流來對混凝土進行清洗，然后實現(xiàn)骨料和漿水分離。渣料由進料斗接收后，注入內螺旋滾筒砂石分離機，經(jīng)過旋轉分離后，漿水混合物由低位排出，砂石等骨料則由高位的移動料器出料，其砂石沒有分離，是混在一起的。分離出來的砂石、石子、漿料互相有夾帶，砂石外包砂、包水泥漿，砂子外面包水泥漿，容易產(chǎn)生結塊。
國內的砂石分離機在實現(xiàn)固液分離的同時，還對砂石進行篩分，這就需要使用滾筒篩來進行篩分。篩網(wǎng)只要將粒徑相差較大的沙子和石子分開就可以了。這樣分離的沙石不僅非常的干凈，而且從不同的排料口排出，形成不同的堆積料。但是并不是說設備升級的越高，就越符合可持續(xù)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟。我們從經(jīng)濟和使用上來分析的話，回收的骨料在實際的混凝土的生產(chǎn)中所占的比例非常的小，沒有分離徹底的砂石料不僅不會影響混凝土的強度，相反的還會有略微的增加。
